Dear WRC Cowgirls,
April 14, 2025, marks the official start of the W26 segment—and what a thrilling season it’s shaping up to be! As most of you turn your focus toward the 2025 Women’s Rodeo World Championship (WRWC), I want to pause and say congratulations. You’ve believed in your talent, worked relentlessly, and now have the chance to compete at AT&T Stadium for a share of an unprecedented $802,000 payout.
This year’s WRWC is set to make history with the exciting additions of the 4D Limited Barrel Race, 2D Limited Breakaway Roping, and the Smarty Rodeo Goat Tying Showcase—creating more chances for more women to shine.
The 2026 Season Starts Now
As we open nominations for the 2026 WRC season, we’re proud to continue offering athlete classifications in Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, Heading, Heeling, and now expanding the Goat Tying Showcase.
