Starting on April 14, 2025, athletes that would like to participate in the Women’s Rodeo World Championship 2025 Last Chance Qualifier and 2026 Qualifier Series event will need to purchase their 2026 WRC ID Card ($150) and nominate the Cowgirl Gathering towards the W26 segment.

Athletes competing at the Cowgirl Gathering are given the option to pay the following to be eligible for WRWC benefits:

Limited Last Chance Qualifier Advancement Details:
WRWC will advance up to 60 Limited athletes from the Cowgirl Gathering Barrel Race and Breakaway Roping to compete in the 2025 WRWC Limited competition.
Athletes that have purchased their 2026 WRWC ID Card and nominated the Cowgirl Gathering are eligible.
Barrel Racing advancement will be determined based on the top 60 fastest Limited times from the Open 5D. No Times that result from a knocked barrel from the Cowgirl Gathering are eligible to advance.
Breakaway Roping advancement will be determined based on the top 60 fasted Limited times from the 3-head average
