Please respond HERE by Monday, May 12 whether you agree to wear the Team Texas Rattlers Patch May 12 – 14 during the WRWC competition.
HOW DOES IT WORK? All female athletes entered in the 2025 Women’s Rodeo World Championship (Goat tying discipline & Limited not included) that reside in Texas will be eligible to win the $3,750 Honorary Texas Rattlers Cowgirl Bonus Award. All eligible athletes will be given a Team Texas patch to wear on their back number during the WRWC competition. The Team Texas patch will be distributed onsite at the athlete check-in on May 11 & 12.
HOW MUCH IS THE BONUS? The Texas Resident that is the highest World Point earner in one discipline after the Semi-Finals, and was wearing the Team Texas patch, will receive a $3,750 cash bonus. If they win and they were not wearing the patch, they will not earn the bonus and WRWC will drop to the next highest World point earning athlete to award the bonus to.
WHAT IS THE POINT SCALE THAT WILL DETERMINE THE WINNER? The points will be awarded based off of Round 1, Round 2, the Semi-Final Round and the 3 Run Aggregate at the 2025 Women’s Rodeo World Championship. *The WRWC Championship Round is not included.*
